The restaurant serves burgers, fries and milkshakes with Blue Bell ice cream.

Stickys Balls & Shakes

The shop sells a wide variety of ice cream, shakes and coffee. Guests can order treats in cups, cones and waffle cones with flavors ranging from brownie batter to rainbow sherbet.

Ked’s Ice Cream, Waffles & Crêpes

The store offers more than 120 flavors of ice cream, as well as cakes, waffles, crepes, boba tea and coffee, according to the company’s website. Ked’s Ice Cream, Waffles & Crepes also has a location in Plano.


Pizza Twist

The pizzeria will move into a vacant retail space on Windhaven Parkway. According to the filing, renovation of the 11,000-square-foot space is scheduled to begin on May 23 and be completed on September 23. The project is expected to cost $200,000.

Pizza Twist offers a variety of custom pizza options, including vegan, halal and gluten-free options, the company’s website says. Customers can choose from over 30 different toppings such as pepperoni, vegetables and more.


Dallas-based Foodcraft Realty One is converting an existing building in Lewisville into a Bojangles fast-food restaurant, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The project includes a complete renovation of the interior and exterior of the 3,175-square-foot building. Foodcraft Realty One, LLC intends to complete the renovation of the Bojangles location by November 2024, project details state.

Dutch Bros Coffee

Alternate standards for a new location were approved during the Lewisville City Council meeting on May 6. The store offers a range of caffeinated beverages, including coffee, iced tea, lemonade and more.

According to city documents, the building will be 900 square feet (89 square meters) and will have a window for entry and a drive-through with parking for up to 24 vehicles.
