Registration for the Hope 100 Golf Marathon is open

Registration is open for the Hope Hospice fundraiser at Castlewood Country Club, which challenges golfers to play 100 holes in one day.

PLEASANTON, CA — Registration is open for Hope Hospice’s 2024 Hope 100 Golf Marathon, scheduled for October 21 at Castlewood Country Club in Pleasanton.

Up to 36 participants can play 100 holes of golf or complete five rounds over the course of the day. Others can try their hand at the half-day Steve Thompson Skills Challenge, a series of 10 attempts including putts, chips and drives.

By registering, you signal an intent to raise at least $2,500 to support Hope Hospice, which provides compassionate palliative care to patients and their caregivers. By registering for the Steve Thompson Skills Challenge, you signal an intent to raise $2,000 for a group of four or $500 for an individual.

The Hope 100 was created in 2015 to honor Piper Wagner, a Castlewood golf professional who died of lung cancer. The event also honors the late Steve Thompson, who enjoyed participating in the Hope 100 Golf Marathon.
